One of our favorite ways to serve our Bolton Foods, wild- caught Salmon is deliciously baked slathered with our herbed Dijon topping which keeps it moist, light and flakey! Serve on the side of Steamed Bok Choy and Mashed Cauliflower for a 5 star meal.
- 3 Piece Wild Sockeye Salmon Filets, Skin on .
- 2 Tablespoon High Quality Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Dill
- Salt and Pepper
The first step in making the best wild caught sockeye salmon you’ve ever served is to use Bolton Foods Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon Filet. Begin by patting dry your sockeyed salmon filet and preheating your oven to 425 degrees. Mix together olive oil, high quality dijon mustard, lemon juice , chopped parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place Wild Caught Salmon filets skin side down into a heavy bottomed baking dish and pour mixture over top until covered.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on thickness, until cooked thoroughly and no longer red on the inside.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill and sliced lemon if desired.
