Bolton Foods Ontario Aged Lamb with Apricot Glaze

Our ever popular Ontraio aged lamb is next level made with a spiced Apricot glaze, using a large non-stick skillet gives the right amount of crisp on the edges while the apricot browns and caramelizes in the sauce , creating this crowd pleasing family favorite.


  1. 8 Bolton Foods Ontario Aged Lamb
  2. ⅔ Cup of Dried Apricots, cut into slivers
  3. ½ Cup Apricot Nectar
  4. 1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  5. 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  6. ¼ Teaspoon of Salt
  7. ¼ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  8. 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  9. 2 Tablespoon Fresh Mint
  10. 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil


Mix together Mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder and brown sugar and massage into Bolton foods Ontario Aged Lamb chops.

Heat a large non stick skillet to medium high and add to it the lamb chops, browning each side for approx 4-6 minutes.

Add to skillet ½ cup of Apricot Nectar and sprinkle two tablespoons of fresh mint.

Reduce heat and cover for 10-12 minutes.

Add ⅔ Cup of dried apricots and simmer uncovered until meat reaches desired doneness and the delicious sauce thickens.

Serve with a fresh load of multigrain bread, spring herb salad and a bottle of wine for a complete delicious meal.
