Pan Fried Bolton Gold Angus Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon


  1. Bolton Gold Angus Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon
  2. Salt & Pepper
  3. Butter
  4. *Optional Steak sauce


As always allow your Bolton Steak to come to room temperature and pat dry before beginning.Season heavily with salt and pepper.

Heat a heavy -bottom skillet ( preferably cast iron ) on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and immediately top with the steak. Cook without moving, resisting the urge to peak continuously, until a golden brown crust forms, about 3-4 minutes.

Turn and cook for 3 minutes for rare, 4-5 for medium.

Transfer Bolton Gold Angus Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon to a clean cutting board and top with Steak Sauce and serve with Roasted Potatoes.

Optional Steak Sauce:

Taking the skillet that you just made the Perfect Pan Fried Steak with, place on low heat and add the following, Once thickened and cooled, Top Boltons Gold Angus Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon.

  • 1 Tablespoons of High Quality Whiskey Or White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cream
