Philly Cheese Steak Mac And Cheese

Macaroni and cheese is a staple in households across the Americas, with this recipe we combine another two favorites into this delicious, comforting and familiar recipe. Philly Cheese Steak Mac and Cheese is creamy, cheesy, warm and gooey but offers a lot more protein than the average mac and cheese recipe. It’s the perfect indulgent cold weather meal!

Ingredients :

  1. 2- 5 Ounce Packages Bolton gold Angus Sandwich Steak
  2. 2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  3. 2 Cup Yellow Onions, Diced
  4. 2 Large Bell Peppers, Sliced
  5. 1⁄2 Cup Beef Broth
  6. 1 Package Cream Cheese, Cubed
  7. 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  8. 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  9. 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Spice

Directions :

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees, and by cooking your pasta al dente; and drain according to package instructions. Spray a 13×9” baking dish with oil and set aside with pasta. Next, heat a large skillet to medium high heat and cook together beef, onions, bell peppers and steak seasoning and cook until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through, remove from heat and add in beef broth and cream cheese until combined and melted. Continue by adding in macaroni and once combined transfer to a greased baking dish, top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs and lightly cover with foil and place into pre heated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and browned slightly. Remove from the oven and let rest 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
