Customer Recipe:
Pan fry the Veal in Canola Oil or Olive Oil on a medium/high heat for 4 minutes per side.
In a casserole dish, spread pasta sauce along the bottom of the dish and place the pre-fried veal in the dish and layer more sauce on top. Place sliced mozzarella pieces on top and bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Can serve alongside a pasta or any side of your choosing.
