- 1lb Bolton Foods Beef Tenderloin Tips
- 1/2 Lb Cremini Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1⁄2 Cup White Onion, Finely Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1⁄3 Cup Quality Red White
- 14 Ounces Beef Broth
- 3 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1⁄4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

To begin in a large skillet over medium high heat add butter, when melted toss mushrooms and onions and saute until golden brown then lower heat and add minced garlic and cook for remaining 3-5 minutes ; remove and set aside in a small bowl.
In a large ziploc bag add 2 tablespoons of flour, salt , pepper and sirloin tips and toss to coat thoroughly. Add olive oil to the same skillet used for mushroom mixture and add steak and cook just until browned (careful to not overcook), remove to bowl and set aside. Add red wine to hot skillet to deglaze the pan; scraping the sides and bottom to gather browned bits, add all but 1⁄2 cup of beef broth to wine as well as worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5-7 minute ; while simmering combine remaining 1⁄2 cup of beef broth and 1⁄4 cup of flour in a small bowl and whisk to smooth, pour into red wine and beef broth mixture and cook until slightly thickened. Add sirloin beef tips and mushroom onion mixture back into sauce mixture and simmer for 5-10 minutes to develop flavors. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a delicious entree’. Enjoy!
