This simple recipe comes together incredibly quick with a few key ingredients that pack a big flavor!
- 2 Bolton Foods Rainbow Trout Fillets
- 1⁄2 Cup Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
- 1⁄4 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Lime Wedge
- Cooking Spray
Begin by preheating your oven to 450 degrees, thawing and patting dry your Rainbow Trout fillets. On a rimmed baking tray, lightly coated in cooking spray lay each Rainbow Trout fillet skin side down. In a small dish combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard and dried tarragon powder and then slather thoroughly on top fillets. Lastly, combine breadcrumbs with paprika and spread eveningly on top of fillets and spray lightly with cooking oil. Place into the oven and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove and serve immediately with lime wedges and a little like zest for extra punch. This recipe is delicious alongside mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli! Enjoy!
