Slow Cooker and Instant Pot recipes are perfect for the cold weather but although many recipes are tried and true we are always looking for something a little more exciting to serve! Serve along with your favorite veggies and roasted garlic potatoes , the leftovers are divine but I can’t guarantee you will have much to enjoy with a dinner recipe such as this!
- 1 2 lb Bolton Gold Top Sirloin Roast
- 3⁄4 Cup Beef Broth
- 1⁄3 Cup High Quality Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt And Pepper
Begin by seasoning both sides of your Top Sirloin Roast with salt and pepper and place into your slow cooker. In a small bowl combine all other ingredients and pour over top of roast before covering with lid and cooking on low for 5-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Remove from the slow cooker or if you prefer to shred your roast beef, shred with two forks and leave covered on low for additional 10 minutes. Serve beside roasted veggies or between fresh made bread for a delicious roast beef sandwich. Enjoy!
