- 10 Pieces Bolton Foods Oven Roasted Chicken Strips
- 8-10 Slices of Bacon, Cooked
- 1 Package ( 2 Sheets) Puff Pastry, Thawed
- 1⁄2 Green Onion
- 1 Package Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1⁄2 Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1⁄4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt and Pepper
- Egg Wash
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cut oven roasted chicken strips and bacon into bite sized pieces and set aside. In a medium dish cream together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion and seasoning and ensure well combined before folding in bacon and chicken pieces. On a lightly floured surface roll out pastry dough and slightly carve out 6 rectangles and add mixture inside of each rectangle, top with additional rolled out pastry and cut fully and stamp sides with a fork to ensure filling stays inside turnovers. Place on a lined baking sheet with ample space in between each turn over and brush with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper before placing into a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving, insides will be very hot. Enjoy!
