Crazy Delicious Shrimp made from Boltons Foods Raw Shrimp can be made in no time at all, from Prep to table in twenty minutes this quick and easy recipe is sure to be a family favorite, serve on a bed of Basmati rice or on top of a fresh Herb and Mango salad* for an excellent healthy meal.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. Bolton Foods Raw Shrimp from the US. Gulf
  2. Fresh Garlic to taste
  3. Lime to taste
  4. Unsalted Butter
  5. Cilantro to taste
  6. Approx ¼ cup Chopped with Stems Chilli Flakes

Directions:

To get the best crispy brown edges on your Bolton Shrimp we suggest using a heavy-bottom cast iron skillet.

Add Olive Oil to skillet and heat to medium-high on stove top,

Start to Saute Shrimp about 1-2 minutes add in piece of butter, and crushed garlic

Add in the chopped cilantro ( stems and all ) , the juice from half a lime and finally a sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Turn shrimp and coat in herbs, saute for additional 1-2 minutes adding in a small amount of butter before transferring to the plate.

Top Bolton Shrimp with grated lime zest, lime wedge, salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley to taste
  2. 1-2 Fresh Mint Leafs Fresh Cilantro to taste
  3. Fresh Spring Green, Baby Spinach
  4. 1 Mango
  5. Diced ½ Green Pepper
  6. Diced Cashews

Directions:
