Broiled Honey Citrus Arctic Char with Lemons and Tangerines

Arctic Char is a favorite among many celebrity and 5 star restaurant chefs, this flavorful, rich cold water fish fillet is mild with a creamy flakey texture similar to trout or salmon yet with a complexity all its own. Ingredients :

  1. 4 Bolton Foods Arctic Char Filets, Thawed to room temperature
  2. 4 Tangerines Peeled and Segmented ( Cara Oranges and Clementines

    work as well)

  3. 1 Lemon Zested, Peeled, Segmented
  4. 2 Tablespoon Honey
  5. 1 Tablespoon Chives
  6. 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste.

Directions :

Begin by bringing your Arctic Char fish fillet to room temperature and patting dry. Next, Peel and Segment your citrus fruits as well as zest and segment your lemon and place into bowl and lightly squeeze segments to loosen a few tablespoons of juice, remove juice from bowl and into separate dish combine fresh juice, honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and whisk to combine before adding your Arctic Char Fillets and tossing to coat thoroughly, set aside to marinate for 5- 10 minutes.. In your dish with fruit segments add in fresh or dried chives, 1 tablespoon olive oil as well as salt and pepper and toss to combine. Move the oven rack to the highest level, closest to the broiler and turn broil onto medium high. Using a large rimmed sheet pan, remove fillets from marinate and transfer to pan, season once more with salt and pepper spread citrus segments and chive mixture evenly on pan before placing under broiler for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is firm and flakes easily. Remove from the oven, spoon citrus segments on top before serving immediately! Enjoy!
