- 2 Tablespoon High Quality Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Begin by allowing your Bolton Foods Frenched Bone pork chops to come to room temperature in a shallow dish. Follow by brushing the chops lightly with olive oil and generously season both sides with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. In a separate bowl bring together brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper and ripe juicy peaches that have been quartered, set aside. Preheat your BBQ to medium high heat. Place the chops on the hottest part of the grill and cook until seared on both sides; then move them to a cooler part of your grill and reduce heat and cook until done (145 degrees). Remove from the grill and set aside to rest. Place peaches over direct high heat and sear, turning until the cut sides are golden, approx 1-2 minutes each side. Remove from grill and plate alongside of Pork chops, drizzling with balsamic glaze and fresh chopped basil leaves before serving. Delicious served with fresh tomato and watermelon salad and a spiced rice pilaf. Enjoy!
