- 3 Tablespoons Whisky
- 3 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1⁄3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Worchestire
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2-3 Tablespoon Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
- Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
Begin by combining olive oil, whisky, honey, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire, and chopped garlic into a shallow glass dish or large plastic ziplock bag. After thoroughly combined add Bolton foods 10oz Veal Chops, cover and refrigerate for upto 24 hours, if possible rotating and massaging chops about halfway through the marinate process.
Preheat your Barbeque or grill pan to medium high heat, and slightly oil the grates to ensure your meat doesn’t stick. Once the grill is sufficiently hot, remove chops and season with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper black pepper before adding to the hot grill, reduce heat to low and grill chops 5-6 minutes each side for medium rare or slightly longer for your desired doneness. Remove your chops and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before topping with freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley and alongside sauteed seasonal vegetables and a buttery baked potato. Enjoy!
