- Bolton Foods Plain Scallops, Approx 16
- 2 Teaspoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Cracked Pepper
Rinse and thoroughly pat dry Scallops and heat a large 12”-14” saute pan to medium heat. Gently salt and pepper dry scallops and add very well spaced apart , careful to not allow them to touch each other. Cook for 1 – 1 ½ minutes each side until 1/4 “ brown crust has formed but the middle is still slightly translucent. Transfer to plate and serve immediately ;
Garnish with lemon wedges and/or fresh garlic butter with sage.
