The Best Crispy Baked Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

This recipe is so easy and comes together so quickly using the incredible rich and tender chicken wings from Bolton Foods, a family favorite we make sure the freezer is stocked at all times so we can whip these up anytime the mood strikes!

Ingredients :

  1. 2lbs Bolton Foods Free Range, Organic Chicken Wings, Thawed to room temperature
  2. 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  3. 1 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  4. 2 Teaspoon High Quality Seasalt ( Smoked Seasoning Salt is a favorite )
  5. 2 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish.

Directions :

Begin by preheating the oven to 425 Degrees, and lining a large baking sheet with parchment ( large enough to have space between each chicken wing preferably). In a large mixing bowl place chicken wings and drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat thoroughly, adding salt and pepper toss again thoroughly to make sure each wing is well seasoned. Arrange wings on a large baking sheet with as much space in between as possible and place into the oven. Cook for approx 35 minutes before turning each wing and placing directly back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and crispy brown. Remove from the oven and season lightly with salt and pepper, plate immediately and garnish with parsley. Use your favorite dipping sauces with this amazingly versatile recipe!
